Y32 Series general four column hydraulic press
DEVICE DESCRIPTION
The three-beam four-column structure is economical, practical and easy to maintain. The hydraulic control adopts an integrated cartridge valve integrated system, which reduces leakage points, has small impact, reliable action and long service life. Two molding processes of constant pressure and fixed stroke can be realized, and the pressure-holding delay function can be selected, and the delay time can be adjusted. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted according to the process requirements within the specified range, and the operation is simple. It adopts button centralized control, with manual adjustment and semi-automatic operation.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is suitable for various stamping processes such as stretching, punching (should be equipped with a punching buffer device), bending, flanging and cold extrusion of metal materials. It is also suitable for straightening, pressing, powder products and abrasive products. And plastic products, press molding of insulating materials.
Advanced electrical control system applicable to various types of Y32 series hydraulic presses:
Using advanced PLC control technology, it can complete various technological actions of the press, and the control is flexible and reliable. PROFIBUS and DEVICENET bus ports can be reserved, providing the possibility for users to manage and coordinate control in a unified manner. The human-machine world adopts a touch or keyed display screen, which can display the working status of the hydraulic press in real time and make the control process visualized.
The fine-tuning positioning mechanism adopts the servo positioning accuracy up to 0.01mm, and the walking distance is 0.05mm, which provides a guarantee for the control of the research and development of high-precision molds.
